The New Toyota Retail Concept has been unveiled across Europe and we are excited to begin renovation in our dealerships in the UK. Our spaces will become more interactive, so our customers can experience a more engaging journey around their showroom- making buying your car more enjoyable! Bringing customer experience to the heart of our dealerships is going to transform more than just our physical space, our departments are going to be working more closely together than ever. Combining our service, parts and sales department will mean a seamless process for all our customers- giving you a new level of personalized and continuous service and care.

What changes will you see in our centres?

The first centre to see this upgrade was Toyota Leeds- with renovations now completed and the new Centre opened in November.

Our centres will become more interactive and tactile- so you can experience the benefits of your new Toyota before you even step foot inside a vehicle. We are Integrating new digital dealership experiences- allowing you to see new model specifications on large screens, so you a navigate our dealership at your own pace.

Our sales team will also have specialist tablets so they can guide you through specific model configurations and upgrades. Giving you the power to fully customize your Toyota to your needs and specifications.

Will I be able to visit the dealership while refurbishment is happening?

Yes, our centres will always be open, and all our teams will be on hand to assist you when you need them.

Will I be able to book a test drive when my centre is being refurbished?

Of course- our New and Approved Used models will still be available for you to start your journey today.

Can I get my car serviced or book a MOT?

Our state-of-the-art garages are going to be unaffected by this change so you can be assured your vehicle will receive the same quality Toyota servicing all year round.
