Toyota York Takes on the Three Peaks Challenge...

This weekend our team at Toyota York walked over 24 miles across the Three Peaks to raise money for their charity of the year- Oscar’s Paediatric Brain Tumour Charity.

Thanks to the generosity of our customers, colleagues, and friends the team at Toyota York have raised a phenomenal £2,318 out of their £2,500 Target. In total over £22,000 was raised by all the teams who took part in the Three Peaks Challenge- if you would still like to show your support and help them reach their target, you can donate here.

Their chosen charity, Oscar's Paediatric Brain Tumour Charity was set up in memory of Oscar Hughes- a young boy from York who was diagnosed with a brain tumour when he was just 8 years old- to help children and their families across the UK to deal with life after a brain Tumours diagnosis. Their support ranges from fighting for life-changing research to providing booster boxes for children in hospitals. You can learn more about Oscar's and the incredible work they do here.

We would like to extend a massive congratulations to everyone at Toyota York who helped to organise the walk and those who took part- walking 24 miles in just one day is a fantastic achievement and their dedication to this cause is outstanding!
